Based on other wisdom traditions and my own experience I’ve found that truth is the crux around which right living, and thereby “happy” living, must revolve.  Hence the title and the effort to see things as they really are in spite of conditioning, marketing, etc.  I like figuring out how as individuals and as a society we deny our own authority and why, so that we can move past it and reclaim our right to happiness and personal freedom.

What I’ve found through practice is that Truth is the one constant.  The only thing that can be relied upon, whether we like it or not.  And it will always find us, no matter how we attempt to deny it.  Truth is God, Spirit, Universe, whatever you choose to call it.  My writing here, my practice (see What I do…), and my whole life are about a return to Truth.

The best we can ever do for ourselves, for our loved ones and for the whole world is to be exactly who we are.
